The lion king

In the Pride Lands of Africa, a young lion prince named Simba is born to King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi, which makes Mufasa's younger brother, Scar, second in line to the throne. Scar, jealous and ambitious, plots to overthrow Mufasa and take the throne for himself.Scar tricks Simba and his best friend, Nala, into exploring the forbidden elephant graveyard, where they are ambushed by hyenas, Scar's allies. Mufasa rescues them and warns Simba about the responsibilities of being a king.Later, Scar sets a trap for Mufasa and Simba, luring Simba into a gorge while the hyenas trigger a wildebeest

 stampede. Mufasa saves Simba but is killed by Scar. Scar convinces Simba that he is responsible for Mufasa's death and tells him to run away, seizing the throne for himself and letting the hyenas take over the Pride Lands.Simba escapes and collapses in a desert, where he is found by Timon and Pumbaa, a meerkat and warthog duo who adopt him and teach him their carefree lifestyle, "Hakuna Matata."Years later, an adult Nala encounters Simba and urges him to return and reclaim his rightful place as king. With the help of Rafiki, a wise mandrill, Simba is reminded of his father's teachings and his true identity.Simba returns to the Pride Lands, confronting Scar and exposing his treachery. In the ensuing battle, Scar is defeated and the hyenas turn on him for his betrayal. Simba takes his place as the rightful king, restoring peace and balance to the Pride Lands.
